I just want my money back

I saw a property listed online, 3 bedroom at Blythedale beach for rent (RR339063, 56 Umvoti Drive), I spoke to a lady called Janie on the 6-3-12, out of desperation.. (I'm in Northern Cape and just got a job at Stanger), I made a huge mistake. She gave me her Nedbank details through the SMS, I was happy with what I saw and transferred a deposit of R5500 through internet banking, and arranged that a friend of mine will meet with her and view the place on my behalf. After that she became rude, irritable, verbally abusive and started screaming at me over the phone, and failed to meet with my friend.
I requested to withdraw and get my money back as I could see our relationship that we were about to start will not last. She refused to bring back my money, I went to the bank to reverse the payment and failed, she is ignoring my calls, my emails my messages. I need my money to pay for another place, I don't have a place to stay and I'm starting my new job next month.
