Advertising unverified property

I found out on the last week of August that the place I was suppose to rent from 31082013 was no longer available. I contacted Move In Property for a 2 bedroom rented for R4200, which an agent (Fiona) confirmed was available. I paid the membership fee and she gave me 4 more properties of which only 1 of them was within the price range I asked for. I called the R4200 apartment with no luck. I emailed Fiona aking for an alternative number for the R4200 place which she ignored. I then called the only other place within my price range of R4500, which I received from Move In Property Management which was available for viewing and moving on the 31082013. I then proceeded (with desperation) with that apartment and the man possing to be the owner insisted that I pay deposit if I want to secure the place. I did so on the 30082013, only to find that he was not the owner when he did not pitch for viewing on the 31082013, and I take responsibility for that bad decision. Now I need Move In Property to take responsibilty for falsely advertising property. I have complained to the staff of Move In Property Management who say they do not verify all owners and hence take no responsibility for this.
