Just Letting
No Deposit back from Just letting. Shocking service

If some one sends you an e-mail stating you will recieve your diposit back in 7 to 10 work days, that would be the set expectation wouldnt it? Not according to just letting. and when you try and query and push to get your money back, the person you are speaking to starts shouting screaming and swearing at me over the phone. I also recieved threats that if i want to continue being hard she wil get even more difficult in paying my money back. I wonder when this behaviour started being acceptable. to me this is completely unacceptable and shocking. earlier to this i recieved a bill for my ellectricity on the 26/02/2013 telling me in the e-mail that i must pay the same day, so i did. i dont find it very ethical but ok, now they say they are waiting for a final bill for my ellectricity before they can pay my Deposit back. I call it bull. I am therefor going to report this branch and the person in question to the estate agency affairs board and the news paper. I want my money back, along with my interest and the prorata after vacating 8 days early and i want this issue resolved and a formal appology from the person in question after screaming at me and hanging up the phone in my ear!
