Deposit Money

I rented with Just Letting Since 4ever, But oh no never again.
I signed my lease agreement June 2012 i decided to move when i had my baby because they never attended to my concerns. I then asked the agent what the process was, he then told me should i get a tenant i will not be liable for any funds and oh my word when it was time for them 2 pay my deposit they had so many stories. It was then said they will pay my deposit back within 7days, on the 8th day they had disputes but no disputes were mentioned when i emailed and called them. They kept R4000 of my deposit for walls being a little dirty. i then went and cleaned the walls with sugar soap which worked like a bomb, then i still had 2 beg and wait 4 my money, they eventually got in contact with me and only paid me R3500 keeping a R500 for a light cover. Never again will i rent with JUST LETTING. They are quick 2 take money but not 2 pay back. They have all the stories and its all.
