So i have had a MX8 for around 8 months now and the tracks are coming off
so i pop ed on to the Internet and fill out the Required pages and low and behold i got a response from Ruben in fact a voice mail stating i would get a warranty call out so a few days later i Phone to set it up and guess what they have no clue who i am or any record of me and my request Janice was lovely on the phone but so tied up with the policies and procedures that she was as good as my MX8 that spins in circle. sa as a result Ruben has never gotten hold of me the technician that was to come never showed up and i have to sort out my own Problem DAMM i wish i never bought the thing. zodiac very Sad Ruben i hope you deal with other bette
