Part 2: (Part One No Feedback Yet?)
On the 4th month I Decided to go to the Era Offices and confront Ronald The Agent, once he saw me he ran into the Toilet hiding, I was told by his colleges that he was not in I replied Don't to me, I just saw him running into the toilets, and I would not do any more payments until my problem was addressed! This was followed up by several calls from Simpiwe another agent witch promised she would take over from Ronald and have my concerns addressed, She scheduled a meeting for the next day, she never pitched and never phoned to cancelled or postponed.
The bathroom mould was repaired the following week, I decided to moved out after my six months lease was up.
My Deposit repayment took 5 weeks to repay with an invoice for cleaning R680.00 for a bachelor flat after I paid someone else to clean, I was told cleaning means more than just wiping the floors, I found this a huge insult! Also I was invoiced for a leaking toilet, the seal was replaced, and I was invoiced not the owner?
I would think this account is for owner as maintenance! I think these agents needs a attitude adjustment in the way they have addressed my complaints! PART 3 to follow
