Bad service, keeping client's deposits longer

Do not rent from this company. The rental we rented was in bad condition. No proper inspection done. I did the inventory three days in and they lost it. Now when I have moved out they tried to get the other contractor? One that does not service the owners properties to try and charge me - R4 000 for repairs. I refused quote and have not heard from them since. They are disloyal and their customer service is bad or nil and void. I have phoned and e-mailed countless of times and no feedback. Two months in and have my deposit still... Their contractor who is incorrect one is being called to quote on minor damages and then comes up with huge quotes. Don't rent from them they do not know how to deal with customers properly.
Our property also was inspected and passed.
