Need help to make msp take responsebility

Ought a house from msp, moved in August 2011 than just after 3 months things fell apart my kitchen door looks like a door from a deserted old house and the worst of it all is the leakage in between the walls in my bathroom the paint is pilling off, there's mold all over and the walls are wet. i tried asking msp to come fix the problem especially the leakage issue but as always they use their favorite line " you not covered', isn't their responsibility to fix all structural related matter...? please advise me how to make this company take responsibility for their own actions.
