Wow where do I start?

Ok I guess this will be the best place I have been a tenant for the past 6 years and I have never encountered any major problems but today I am singing a different tune.

Yesterday I got home and my monthly rental statement greeted me at the door and I was only to happy to open it but my hapiness turned to tears and disbelief when I came I looked at the bottom of the statement and what was staring at me was a figure double than what I expected.

These people sent me a statement saying I was in arrears with the previous month's rent I could laugh it off but I remembered what happened to my neighbours they were evicted and it raised a big question if those people were rightfully evicted.

I panicked and couldnt wait for the next day to clear this thing up I called and they took years to answer and eventually the lady I spoke to Bongi was rude to me and asked me irrelevant questions and I returned the rudeness
I went there and spoke to her face to face with proof this time round she didnt even blink told me to wait 48hrs I mean why the proof is there and they can check it now cant they none the less she gave a long speech and wasnt of much help.
