LEAKAGE OF HOUSE PIPES WITHIN THE BULILDING

In August 2012, i have logged a query with Std Bank regarding the leaking pipe and they only paid R2250.00 out of the damages that is over 10 000 which the damages affected the building. THE INSURANCE SENT THROUGH THEIR PEOPLE TO CHECK THE DAMAGES AND THEY INDICATED THAT IT WILL COSTS A LOT OF MONEY TO FIX THE PROBL EM THEN THEY WILL AWAIT THE RESPONSE FROM THE INSURANCE BEFORE THEY COULD ASSIST US. Michelle from STD indicated that is our liability to fix the house. IN 2010 the same claim was logged, the calim was never paid and to date no reasons was given, carpets, tiles and baths were damaged, Ref was 12-072806 for 2010. I just want to know why the claim for 2010 was rejected and our claim for last year was paid. Still the house is wet on the walls and inside the house, walls are leaking water to date. we have paid a lot of money in 2010 trying to fix the problem ourself and the bank never even bothered to give reasons why they couldnt pay the damages and also insurance people were sent through, indicated that it will cost a lot of money more than R10 000. I have logged a complain our ref is 30422753. Our water bill is very high cause of the leakage within the building
