Does anybody know what they doing

I have no lights for 3 weeks not repaired. Rent is a few days late, i understand that there are action needed to be taken. Electricity cut and not communicated. Eviction notice issued and according to Poppie who has e-mailed this notice she is not aware of this as her mail account sends by itself. She openly admits that there are other tenants who has long outstanding arrears, but they not evicted. My rent is usually paid long before the due date. I have spoken to my attorney and these proceedings are not legal. I have recorded poppie who cant answer as to why this happens. I have spent over 15000 rand in repairs on property to make my living comfortable and straight after this i get evicted
