The agent never fulfilled her promise. She, from the get go, never seemed interested in the selling of this property. Had I not fallen in love with the said property, I would have pulled out of this deal. I was more than willing to pay occupational rent, but because of her negligence and lack of professionalism we are without a home.

She doesn't accept my calls because I insist on feedback. The current tenants refuse to move out.

This agent does not deserve to work with people, let alone be in the property industry. She seems to know very little of what she's doing, and lacks communication skills.

Her manager doesn't seem to know what's happening and doesn't seem interested either.

Why are these people in the property industry???

I sadly regret dealing with them. I need help. I need to get out of this deal before I am held liable for payment WITHOUT RESIDING IN MY OWN HOME.
