Offer to Sell Agreement- BREACH!

On the 5th December 2012 discussions started with Purchaser; through Walter who had market this property.. On the 13th December 2012 agreements were signed and by the 12th of December 2012; your Transferring Attorneys Vining Camerer; were instructed to attend to the registration of the transfer of the abovementioned property.

The Purchase price was reduced because of the Sale being a "Cash" purchase and that the Purchaser had such funds! Walter discuss this with me.

I had to follow up with this as there had been no feedback concerning the sale!

On the 5th Feb 2013 Ishrat your Transferring attorney; sends me a mail requesting an extension as purchaser now needs to acquire the funds! I declined the extension as i was initially told that purchaser had the funds!

I have told both your Transferring Attorney and Walter that; THIS IS A BREACH OF OUR AGREEMENT... NOTHING HAS BEN DONE! NO CORRESPONDENCE IN THIS REGARD!

IS IT SEEF POLICY THAT PEOPLE BREACH CONTRACTS AND NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT IT!
IS THIS HOW SEEF SELLS PROPERTY???
THERE HAS BEEN ENDLESS ISSUES WITH REGARDS TO THIS SALE

I would like this matter rectified asap!
