Bought 2 units at a development in Katara Midrand and let them out.
one unit was not tenanted, finally got a tenant in december 2012 and pick up some problems contacted balwin, office were closed for holidays. waited jan and got response end of jan.
due to my obligations had to resolved the issues in the flat so the tenant could move in.
Problems
geyser set to over 60deg
shower door in guest bathroom and floor had a 2 cm gap. i had to silcone it temp for tenant to use but in jan jacque ignored the building fault and blaming us for putting silcone.
really dissapointed with the service received from this company
not worth investing monies with them
