Durban - Witbank, waist of time due to agent!!!

I simply cannot believe the appalling service I received from Elizabeth Chiloane from the Witbank office in Mpumalanga.
I set up an appointment to view a place for Friday the 08th February 2013 at 17h00. On making the appointment I explained to her that I was from Durban and needed to view places strictly this weekend. After confirming our appointment during the day numerous amounts of times I then finally phoned to check on things approximately 30min before the time of appointment. Only then did she give me a long story which made no sense what so ever but the crux off the matter was the appointment was cancelled.
I then phoned a lady at the Witbank office who said she would get hold of her and get back to me. The lady from the office explained that the keys are only coming from Limpopo and would arrive between 7-8pm the same day.
Later on I eventually get hold of Elizabeth who rescheduled our appointment for 8h00 today (09 February 2013). When I phoned her at the time she told me she had just woken up (how professional) and didn't get the keys but would phone the owner and get back to me.
As usual she never phones back, but only specializes in empty promises.
