AFTER SALES SERVICE POOR

This is the second development I bought, when you buy the sales person are good but when you complain after moving in they do not want to repair and ignore your request.

they use inferior paint and workmanship is poor.

reported an incident in april and was ignored, when I resent the problem they inspected the place and blame the tenant for damages when it was a building issue.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE A PROPERTY FROM BALWIN. POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE.
