Rawson Properties Paarl is currently renting a property belonging to the late Mrs. JWR Mack. There has been no executor appointed yet due to the following delays:

- Incompetence of the Master's Office
- A strike that took place
- Lack of a copy of the ID of Mr. AB Mack and the ID of Mrs. JWR Mack

These are all the documents that the family, who has appointed me, needs to submit to the Master.

I am aware that to proceed with renting a property, these documents should be at your Paarl branch, but I am not receiving any assistance. If they are not on file, how could Rawson Properties have dealt with this rental?

Once I am appointed as Executor, I would like to see all the papers that, according to the Mack family, were submitted by an in-law, Mrs. Maureen Mack, illegally. As a result, all payments to her were stopped.

I will also request a breakdown of all payments made to Mrs. Maureen Mack from the very beginning.

For now, we just need the death certificate or ID of the late Mr. A Mack and the ID of the late Mrs. JWR Mack.
