Rawson properties north Riding bad service

I purchased a house through Rawson Northriding in December 2012, the house that I purchased had a rising damp issue, I stated to the owner at the time that I will only take the house if he has this repaired with a guarantee (Which was in the OTP and signed off), he was then referred to a company called Prema Damp And seal (owned by Andre De Beer) by Rawson's north riding, The work done was shocking and there was no way that I would be able to paint the house until this was done correctly, Andre from Prema damp and seal said that he will need a additional R3000 to fix the job that he messed up in the first place, even with his so called guarantee. Rawson's has been of no assistance to help in resolve this matter and have nothing but continuous excuses even though they were the ones to refer this company, and that it is on the OTP! Before I purchased this house I was guaranteed nothing but the best service from Rawson's, yet what I have gotten is far from that!! I advise that if you are looking for a property in north riding don't be fooled by the empty promises given By Rawson's, as once that commission is processed you will get nothing from them! 5 months later still nothing...
