Rawson Prop.-Johalna Minnaar, Thembalethu Mbangcolo

One would think that buying a home would be an exciting and a big life experience, however my experience with Rawson Properties-Thembalethu Mbangcolo & Johalna Minnaar has been stressful, horrific and anything but exciting. From the very beginning the Property Agent (Thembalethu Mbangcolo) had forced me to place a down payment to secure the property, luckily for me I constantly refused to do it. Fast forward 4 months, I find myself soon to be homeless. All because Thembalethu Mbangcolo appointed an incompetent Transfer Attorney who will be lodging this week for the third time (the other 2 times the deeds office rejected the application). Thembalethu has to be the most disrespectful and dishonest person I have ever met. He has no way of talking to his clients, and I have found myself doing his work for him. I had contacted Johalna Minnaar, hoping she would help me to sort out this mess. She has blatantly ignored me, I have emailed her 3 days ago after explaining to her on the phone what I am going through and she has still not yet responded. This is pathetic, if a senior member of Rawson Properties cant show any Interest in helping me, then what chance do I have to finally own this property.
