Suitable properties - REALLY???

My rental Agreement was from 1 June 2012 to 31 May 2013. The Rental Agent - Christal.
Complaint as follows:

- Fencing not in working order - discussed telephonically and personal talks- no action taken
- Damage to roof- rainy season - damage caused to bedding and beds - not repaired while occupied, or even compensation towards damaged good
-I maintained the gardens of the complex out of own accord, due to agents non-interest
-Agent requested us to move in to other unit and said she had other tennants to take our place.
- Fax number given by sms, was incorrect - this was to be used to communicate TERMINATION of our Lease.
-Current Agent -ESMARK PROPERTIES- offered various occupants to SUITABLE PROPERTIE (CHRISTAL) to cover term of Lease Agreement- Suitable Properties declined the offer and said she had plenty of tennants to occupy said unit.

The COMPLAINT thus being - MY INITIAL DEPOSIT HAS NOT BEEN PAID BACK TO ME AFTER VERBAL AGREEMENT THAT ALL WAS IN ORDER IN THE WAY IT WAS DONE.
