Tenat's deposit

I moved into one of the properties owned by Fourtune and Spencer in Parow Cape town in July.paid one month deposit and rent as per agreement. End of Novermber I moved out and todate I am still waiting for my deposit. After several calls Spencer told me to g to the office in Goodwood with my reciept to collect my deposit, on arriving there I was informed to call him as the office is no longer in operation. I called him on the spot and he never answered my calls ever. I sent sms's but no reply until a week ago he calls and says he will give me the money on Monday 23rd December, I called him and he said to wait for him in Goodwood, I waited until 19:45 that evening. When he finally answered my sms's he said he had to do some calculations and olny then will I get my deposit. Three former tenants waited 5months before they came to the building and forcefully demanded their money and he paid. Now I am no where close to being physically strong as those individuals all I want is my deposit and peace. I urge all individuals seeking accomodation to stay away from those Cameroonian business men in Parow and Goodwood, the sanitation in the building is terrible but to get your money back... good luck
