Bad service from Renting agent- EFB Properties

Bad service delivery. Did not perform their services according to the lease agreement. Deducted money from the rental without my knowledge and consent. The Rental agent did not collect the funds from the lessee for municipal accounts and did not inspect the leased premises on a regular basis. I incurred a loss in the amount of R19, 103.60 and this is all due to the Rental agent who did not perform his duties and responsibilities.
