Groenkloof Properties after having given notice of over a month, on the day I moved out 30 April 2017 Ben Laubscher came and undertook an exit inspection. No feedback was given on any damage to the property, however when I requested that my deposit be paid back I was given the run around for over three weeks. Subsequent to numerous calls and e-mail, text messages etc, I was paid back R980.00 from a deposit of R3900.00. I have written to say that this is unacceptable, again there has been no response. I don't know how this company continues to operate after reading so many of these complaints on this website, imagine those who have lost their money and have not complained. It would seem that Groenkloef Properties is not registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board, which means there will be no repercussions for their actions from a policy perspective. The might of the law is not exhausted however.
