Schesan Properties
REFUSING TO PAY OUR DEPOSIT BACK

Our lease will expire 28 February 2013 with Schesan Properties and they are refusing to pay our deposit back!!! Which has nothing to do with the condition of the flat, but says the owner is responsible as we have signed a lease with a new agent and he should get commission. They may not take commission from our deposit! That money belongs to us and he is refusing to pay it back!!! I have also found out that Schesan Properties is not registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board and does not have a Fidelity Fund Certificate.
