DEPOSIT REFUND

I gave notice to the above agency to vacate the rented property which was accepted. An inspection was done by De Villiers and he was happy with the inspection. I was told by Ben that the deposit will be deposited into my the following week (8-12 April 2013). I made contact with Ben telephonically and sent a written communique to his office. I also made contact with his offices - Jackie is the lady's name.
After numerous attempts i have not manage to get any feedback from them.
Poor service!!!
