Koalet estate agents never completes contract agreements

Koalet estate agents makes empty promises! After 3 years and numerous phone calls and complaints nothing has been done! As per contract agreement the broken windows and driveway have not been started nor completed. Steer clear from this estate agents! Some agents is doing a fine job but then there are those that as soon as the money is deposited into their account, they lie and make threats. I believe after 3 years something needs to be done! I have ommited the relevant persons names due to the fact that I have been threatened with lawsuits etc.
