No feedback with regards to funds

I loaded my levy payment to ST managing agents in advance for Dec 2013 due to being on leave and due to an error the levy payment for Jan 2014 also was paid automatically on internet banking to ST managing agents on 20/01/2014 although their contract was finished by end of Dec 2013 and I had to pay levy to the new managing agents from Jan 2014 onward.
I advised Kelly Winslow of this on the day of the incorrect payment made - 20/01/2014 and by 28/01/14 I asked her for feedback on which she replied that she mailed the accounts department and is still waiting for feedback. I requested more feedback on 29/01/14 and to date she never came back and advised what is happening and when funds will be paid back to me. Because of this I will not be able to fulfil my obligations to the new managing agents and will have to pay interest on outstanding amounts.
