R750 was charged as a fuel deposit for a car rental. This unethical, joke of a company has still not refunded my fuel deposit after 2 weeks. I have heard it all from passing the buck to everything about headoffice. This company steals from it's clients and should cease to exist. I was promised my full fuel deposit should I return the vehicle with a full tank, now they do not want to refund me my deposit. I have ran up my phone bills to the roof because of this company, my phone bills are now more than the R750 deposit I gave them. Europcar believes I have nothing better to do than sit on the phone with their incomptent staff trying to get what rightfully belongs to me. Whoever is listening do not ever use this company for car rentals, it's a business that's unethically run looking to make a quick buck by from its clients. Totally disgusting!!!
