We bought a house through Seeff in Richardsbay and from the very start the staff from Seeff helped us in every way. Just before we could move into the house it was vandalised; all the taps, electrical wiring and copper from the air conditioners were which also resulted in huge damage. For almost a year while we waited for the house to be repaired Elaine and her staff gave us their support, at times also calmed me down because sometimes I was in tears from frustration! Elaine kept us informed by phone, SMS's, emails and did what she could to speed up the process. Yesterday we received a gift delivered to our new home from Seeff, what a surprise!
Thank you Elaine, we will never forget what you and Seeff did for us, you became like family. May all the new house seekers out there go straight to you, they will never regret it!
