Jowen property the worst

I had a flat that they managed and when i sold it, they calculated the final account with persentages that they only know where they get it from. The full amount was paid to them, and now that i want to query about the credit they owe me, i get half answers from them, and the ignore questions and are not giving me the backing documentation that will show how they got to the amount the made me pay. Now that the place is sold the the new owner i am battling to get any service from them and battling to get my credit.
i have always paid my account on time and never skipped a payment. they are really the worst property managing agents in the whole of Gauteng. their service is non existenend and they are very unprofessional.
i write 3-4 emails to them almost daily and if i am lucky i will get a short response, but not to the questions i asked and no mention of settling my account and paying back my credit. They calculate the way they want to, i was told when i asked how they get to that figure, that "it is just the way we do it"
I have never seen a company like them with this unprofessionalism and lack of customer service.
