I am extremely angry at the fact that water is being wasted day and night in Talis Place building. The water ran the whole day today down the drainage pipe situated outside the flat which i occupy. Its extremely irritating and loud. Sometimes it starts at 2/3 o clock in the morning. Nobody bothers to check on this, nobody bothers to solve this problem, worse, nobody says there's a problem with the water being "wasted". This is negligence on the part of the people who run this building. So whats the solution to this? Eish, we find broken beer bottles in the passage ways in the basement, and it stinks and when we walk, the floor is sticky. This building was in good stead when i moved in, but now, its getting worse. I think maybe its time i moved out of your building. I pay for a service, which you are to provide. As i type this, the water is running, it started 2.30 this morning, just shows your security can sit in their booth and not do regular checks to prevent water loss, of which, they know is a problem... to you, this is normal service, to me, its unacceptable. You are not doing me a favour, im paying for the service. So what steps do i take to move out from here?
