I contacted Seeff Randburg as they are the property agents for the apartment I stay in Northwold.
I informed them that there was a problem with the piping in the kitchen. Everytime I drain the sink the water would come out the pipe where my washing machine drains.

I contacted the Seeff and they sent their handyman out to have a look.
The same handyman that always comes out when there is a problem with the unit.

Few days later I get an invoice from them.
A "call out fee".

I am now being charged for their handyman who is in their employ.

When I contacted them to come fix the problem. They did NOT tell me about ANY CALL OUT FEE.

If I knew about any call out fee I would NOT have told them to come out and tried to sort it out myself!!!

They said they will keep the amount on my statement until I pay.

I am disgusted and quite SHOCKED.
