Poor service

My main switch tripped on friday night I reported it to the care taker and he only sent a technician on saturday at 15H00, the technician couldnt fix itand he had to breach the electricity, came back today around 14H00 and said he came to ubreach it, the building manager will send him some number to fix the tripping electricity, the technician is now gone and the number they sent didnt do me any justice and now I am sitting in yhe dark, the care taker has been gone to charge his phone for about 30 minutes now, it looks like he wont be coming back eithe
