Please don't consider renting a property from Ryan Roos of Red Storm Visuals.
This man will take your deposit monies, without keeping in a separate account as per a standard rental agreement.
2 months later still waiting for deposit money refund, now openly admits that he has many and creditors looking for payments to the tune of hundreds of thousands of Rands according to him.
Demand letter sent, ignored, SMS threats sent and he becomes abusive and aggressive.
Just a warning to anyone who is thinking of renting from this man or doing business with him
