NEVER RENT FROM 4MAX PROPERTIES

This is just a word of caution to anyone renting property from 4Max Properties. Do not renew your contract with them and do not expect your full deposit back. They R2800 from us because they altered the exit inspection document to reflect a different number of nails in the walls (which can be alleged as). They are cunning these guys. If you have a contract with them do not renew it, althought it is probably too late for you now. But to new or prospective tenants, first ask who the managing agents of the property are before signing anything and if it is 4Max Properties run, run, run as fast and far away as you can because it will just be inevitable, you will be robbed by them as well!!! Just check out all the complaints on here and this is just the last year they have taken a lot of people for a ride and will hopefully be stopped soon.
