From June 2013 to end November 2013 i rented a flat from Pam Goulding Properties in Ermelo. It was a sub devided property, and the prepaid power box was still on the property of the main house. We needed to buy electricity from the neighbor, wich was a bit more than an inconvenience. We were made to understand that this problem would be resolved as soon as possible. It never happened. It only got worse, and when complained, little or nothing was done. So much so that i personally got involved with the local municipality to try to get to the root of the problem. At this stage the neighbor was very sour, for Pam Goulding included. They were made the same promises of fixing the issue. It came to a point where it was unbearable to live there, and i sourced in haste another place to rent. I had to move quickly, and gave up my deposit, until someone else moves in. As soon as i moved, all of a sudden the water and electricity problem was fixed. The neighbor just refused to help the next tenants. Someone did move in in December. Now im asking for my deposit pro rata, last monday. I was let know that it would be resolved the next day, its now 2 weeks, and i still get ignored.
