Please do not rent any kind of property with Chiara Cownley / Rawson Properties / SSI INvestments.

we rented a property through Chiara, she gave us the go ahead to move and promised we would not loose our deposit monies R8000, she even had new tenants look and pay for the unit, i begged and pleaded for our monies back, but between Chiara and MIchael Seager, both could care, i had gone on maternityleave and had to afford a move, which is not easy with a newborn. so thank you for screwing me over, lying and running away with my money.
