REFUND OF DEPOSIT

I rented a flat (HANGAR complex) which used to be managed by MIDCITY PROPERTIES until the management was taken over by CITYPROP during August 2013. Rental deposits were transferred, but ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT was due to be refunded (as apparently communicated via a notice given to tenants). I never received such notification, but upon enquiry in December 2013 was told that I had to provide banking details to facilitate a refund - which I duly provided and received acknowledgement on 19 December 2013. I followed up on 6th January 2014 upon which I was told that MEGAN had been on leave (and nobody else could assist!) and that she would add my request to the batch she was busy making up. She could not explain how many transactions were required to make up such batch OR MORE IMPORTANTLY WHEN A REFUND WOULD BE DONE, but rather commented "that I had a right to go on holiday its not my problem that it took you so long to provide your banking details..." I fully understand and appreciate that individuals deserve a yearly break, BUT CAN NOT ACCEPT THAT THIS LADY COULD BE SO ARROGANT ABOUT MY MONEY???
