Deposit Refund to the Lessee

I gave my notice to AFHCO on 21 December 2012 detailing I will be moving out of the Unit 116 at the end of January 2013. Iwas required to submit my Banking details confirming my bank account for the deposit refund to be transfered and havent received my refund till today. When I call AFHCO they tell me that the transfer was made into AFHCO months ago and AFCHO is respondng with the opposite saying Landscape properties has not made the transfer to AFHCO. Both AFCHO and Landsgate Properties are giving me a run around with my deposit and both parties are blaming each other for the money due to me and that has lead to both of them parting ways as advised by the Landgate Representative when I called in this morning and they are considering going the legal route against AFHCO to get the deposit transfer done to all Lessee who gave their notice to AFCHO including me. I mean 4 months later REALLY Now!!! (Supplier name corrected by Hellopeter.com)
