Taking people for a ride

We moved into a place in Kenleaf end of May 2012 and app the agents cleaned the carpets bf we moved in. After a few days the marks on the carpets started coming up and I showed one of the maintenance people the marks and he said he knows that carpets do that. Regardless of whether I took pics of the marks coming up a few days of living there is not the issue, the issue is that De Lucia wanna take money off of our deposit to clean the carpets and we did not mess 1 single drop of anythg on those carpets and then when they email me and ask for our banking details so they can gv our dep bac and I dnt gv it to them cos I want a statement of what we are suppose to get bac cos theres still W/L to come off then they get sarcastic and say they dnt work with the statements or the working out of dep. They cannot expect us to just accept any amount they want to dep without giving us a statement so theat we can see what we are suppose to get bac without money coming off for the carpets!!! This company has tried to take us for a ride bf and this is the last!!! TRY ME
