Dont deal with them

I got a flat through this agency, the balcony door would never close let alone lock. I was promised it would be fixed soon! The bathroom door lock was faulty, it would be slammed by the wind and lock me in the bathroom for a long time! I told Mathilda and the other lady working with her to change the locks but nothing happened. I then removed the lock for my own safety. The same happened with the kitchen door. Then I lost my phones and ipad when someone opened the flat in my absence and I went to the agency to beg them to change the locks since we didnt know the previous tenants or whether they had spare keys. Nothing was done. When I left Vryburg for Johannesburg I was surprised to get a bill through my company, for damaging the flat! R1300.00 and R420.00 for taking out two gabbage plastics I had left. Ive never witnessed such clear cut, very bad business practice.
Daylight! Please avoid dealing with this agency at all cost!
