Dont use Auction INC, they lose your Houses Keys

In October I contacted Sergio to Auction my Property. The keys were given to him so that the property could be viewed.
The auction failed, not an issue the market is bad at the moment.
However, when I requested the keys back from Sergio so that I could rent the property to an interested party, it took him over 3 weeks to tell me he has lost them and will further more replace all locks at his expense. It has been 1 month and since we have heard form him, the locks have not been changed and I cannot get into my flat. This is completely unacceptable! I will be holding the company viable for a new set of locks as well as Decembers rent which would of been R3800.
Please sort immediately or I will use all methods necessary
