Not Paying Back My Deposit

On the 02/09/2013 I transferred R5000 deposit to buy a car through Mike Nathan Auto Dealers in Goodwood. The deal was declined by the bank and then on the 09/09/2013, I decided that I will take my deposit back. I supplied my banking details and nothing happened. I followed up on the 13/09/13 and I was told that the owner is not available and that they will transfer the deposit owed to me on Monday 16/09. I have phoned and sent countless emails and to this day I have not received my deposit.
