2nd month has gone by and stil no house :[

I have a good friend of mine Victor whom just recently bought a house in Cosmos City. the concern is he will now be paying for it while he has not even occupied it and its not even a sure thing when will he be occupying his home.
reason being the agent whom helped him with the purchase of his home, has now left him out and he does not sound interested on helping his client, even further now that all funds and transfers amounting R350000 have been completed. the current occupants say the house is still theirs and they will not move out as they did not sell the property.
