Mr George Mthebe sold a townhouse in 52 Ambiance Wilro Park-when we needed to view the place it was always locked and whoever with the key was not available. Then a few months down the line, standard bank approved a bond and then another two months after that a premium went off my account, this means that the deal has gone thru and George Mthebe with his manager who forced me into taking this place got their cut of the deal - when I said I'm not interrested in the place George's manager called me and said he had already taken out R10000 to get this place fixed, the deal done and the place is still in the same condition-no evaluator will approve that place as the bank will not pay for a damaged place like that. So to me this looks like they doing back door things just to get money from people.
