Just Letting
Lack of accountability and feedback

Im a landlord renting my property out via Just Letting. This lady does not advise when payment has not been received from tenant until you have to question her. And when you do question, she doesn't have the decency to get back to you with a plausible answer and she has attitude over the phone.
