I called on the 9 December advising that I have just sold my place and need a place to rent from 1st February 2014.

I asked to be showed the one unit available to my liking. I even explained that it is way below my requirement, but I will view it anyway.

Today, I had to retell my story - never got called for any viewing - she did not even know who I was - she took my details on the 9th December.

YES, I do say it - I felt her approach was prejudice... even picked up a undertone. I have worked in Service and Sales for 18 years and this is not way to treat a customer /client.

Telling me that she has no idea when the tenant will ALLOW a viewing... catch a wake up here - the place is available from the 1st Jan... less than 2 weeks away. I have not even decided that I want the place.

I expressed that I might even take it from 1 JAN... we either not listening or we being judged on my first name... which she failed to even mention - because their was WANT to deliver a service...

I have another place where I may monthly rentals - WHY the y ask for the fees they do is ALWAYS - I don't know.

YES, I did say "I hope you have another job lined up - because you at this'
