Perfect props has my rent money

Jen from Perfect Props has let out my flat on my behalf. she has not paid me consistently on time blaming "switching banks" or the payments dept and has even omitted paying me the rent for November 2013 which the tenant had paid (confirmed with the tenant). there is always an excuse and she will always "wort out the problem" but the payments are still not done and the outstanding rent is still not received. she can never meet me. all i have is her contact details [Email Removed] and 0813253587. if anyone has information about her whereabouts please comment on this site - it will help with a police investigation and charge of . thank you.
