NO WHERE TO GO!!

On the 10/01/2013 I called up Marsha Merrick on the nr 0835378424 to go and view the house (11 mynhardt street). We went to look at a house on the 10/01/2013. We agreed on taking the house, we paid deposit of R5000.00 on the 12/01/2013. we received a lease on the 22nd it was signed the lease on that day and sent it back on the 23/01/2013. On the 28th about 10:38 Marsha calls me and said we are no longer allowed to move into the house leaving us with three days to look for another place to stay. It is today the 31st and we still have nowhere to go and I need to be out my current house on the 01/02/2013, when mentioning the lease Marsha said it is a minor matter, paid the deposit back and we have heard nothing further. I feel she breached the contract and I want to take action.
