Steals my deposit and breach in contract

I moved into 71 Robins Nest on December 2011. Signed a 1 yr lease, and renewed the lease to
1 more yr. They informed me the owner has sold his house and wanted to move back into
house so they gave me notice, which is. BREACH OF CONTRACT YOU DUMB F... I was forced to pay a double dep, moved out with an inspection and in my contract it says dep will be paid within 7 days. Now I have to repaint the Unit, Stil no dep back and when I moved in I was left patched paint work I HAD TO ACCEPT. I THINK JUST LETTING IS IN FINANCIAL PROBLEMS.
Looking at all their complaints one can just see!!
